Ingredients
All Wye Valley cakes are made with the finest ingredients. I use local free range eggs and butter from a farm in Gloucestershire.
I use unrefined sugar except for icing sugar.
Nuts and other allergies
I work out of a domestic kitchen and I cannot guarantee that there is no trace of nuts in anything that I produce. I do clearly state when I actually add nuts to my cakes and biscuits.
I can bake cakes suitable for most diets including dairy, wheat and egg free and vegan.
